Returns and refunds

The book

You can return the book within 30 days of delivery if it is unread and undamaged. Email support@antalya-moment.com first with your order number and we will tell you where to send it; we refund the book when it arrives. Inscribed copies are written for one person and are final sale, unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged in transit

If your book, print, tee or tote arrives damaged or misprinted, or you received the wrong item, email support@antalya-moment.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We replace or reprint it free of charge, or refund you in full, your choice. No need to send anything back.

Prints, tees and totes

These are made for you when you order them, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or a wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days in the United States or 25 business days elsewhere, contact us and we will reship or refund.

Copies for groups

Returns for orders of ten copies or more follow the terms sent with each quote.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
