This policy explains what Antalya-Moment.com, operated by Integrated Success Initiative LLC, San Diego, California, USA, collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number if you give it, and, for hotel delivery or an inscription, the hotel, the name at reception, your check-out date and the inscription text.
• Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number.
• Messages: what you send through the contact form, the form to the authors and the delegation request (organization, contact name, email, phone if given, quantity, date and place of delivery, notes).
• Comments on the conversation page: your name, your email address (never shown) and your comment. Every comment is read before it appears.
• The list: your email address, once you confirm it, and which list you joined (the images, or Volume Two). You can leave at any time.
• Site usage: cookies and analytics data about how the store is used.

How we use it

To sign, pack and deliver your order, to answer your messages and requests, to send order updates, to publish the comments you choose to post, to improve the store, and, if you joined the list, to send at most one email a week.

Who we share it with

Book orders and delegation requests are handled by the authors’ team in Antalya and by books@antalya.foundation. Orders for prints, tees and totes are shared with our print partners (Printify and its print providers and carriers) only to produce and deliver them. Payment data is processed by Stripe. List emails are sent through our email service provider. Analytics and advertising data may be processed by Google Analytics and Meta. We never sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies for the shopping cart, analytics and advertising measurement. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the cart needs cookies to work.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@antalya-moment.com. Residents of the EU, the UK, Türkiye and California have additional rights under GDPR, KVKK and CCPA, which we honor.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Messages and delegation requests are kept for as long as the conversation needs them. List data is kept until you leave the list.
